We have had the most horrible customer service from the Deer Valley Farm Bureau location. About 6 months ago I spent more than 2 weeks trying to get a hold of my agent, who never called me back by the way, to remove a vehicle that I had sold! Currently, I have another vehicle that needs changed on the policy and have yet to hear back from them after almost 3 weeks of attempts including 2 phone calls to the 1-800 number that emailed the agency manager. I am so frustrated with the lack of service at this location that I will absolutely be shopping for new insurance. Beware of switching to farm bureau, or at least this location, in case you ever need service.

I've used Adam for the last year and a half for all of my insurance needs (Auto, Homeowners, Life,, Health, Property insurance for my rental properties).  I found that when I switched from my previous insurance agent to Adam that my coverage limits went up and my premiums went down.  Adam didn't have to strip down all the coverages or sell me hollow policies he was just able to find discounts applied that I qualified for.  

If you feel like your current insurance agent isn't telling you the truth or consistently looking for ways to lower your rates, give Adam a call.
