 I've read the other reviews. People should really understand that a CPA doesn't have control over the IRS or the tax laws. You should supply what's requested as they can do the best job when you cooperate. Profound Financial has done an exceptional job for me and I find the CPA and staff extremely friendly and easy to work with. I also supply what is requested and realized a while ago that I get the best result when I do my share. I highly recommend them!

It has been both a pleasure as well as an education working with Dani Gardiner and Profound Financial, PLLC. Here it is June 19th and I have been offered 30% of the return I have received for the past 5years. I have asked repeatedly to have my documents returned and have been charged $280.00 only to get nothing but a run around stating that it is the office staff job to follow up on these matters. I have filed a formal complaint with the irs. So good luck should you decide to go with this establishment.
