My experience at this bank is 1 out of 10. If your a person of color don't bother banking at this branch. I only get a smile and good greetings from the 1 the Hispanic lady. She is the only one that makes me feel welcomed at this branch. I can hear the other tellers being friendly in the drive thru. Saying hello, have a great day. But every time I come through, might I add I make weekly deposits of over 5k -  10K I dont get a hello or have a good day and yes I notice the ppl in the other cars are not ppl of color. I hate!!!! Hate!!! coming to this branch!!!

My experience at this branch was top notch. Venice was so kind and helpful and has exceptional customer service skills. After our horrible experience with Brian at the eastern branch it was so refreshing to deal with Venice. We need more bank employees like her!
