Rude, impatient phone operators.  I barely said half a sentence and was cut off and told I have to come into the bank.  I  was reporting fraud.  I said I had a broken foot and they cut me off and said you must come into the bank.

I felt very welcome. The women are all very kind however I had a payment mistake on my account and I deposited the money to cover it within the day.. Typically Nevada State Bank has always been willing to waive a NSF fee or assist in a payment reversal-  because I cover the payments within the day......  However this is my first visit to This branch and the teller was very distant, and didnt have a bother with actually assisting me with my issue... She told me they couldnt put a request/review on the account because I didnt cover the funds by 9 AM ... I have never gotten this explanation before- and she didnt offer any other form of assistance.... 
I was able to speak with customer service and resolve the issue.. Thank you for being so friendly
