I've been in Vegas 37 years and this bank, by far, provides the best service ever.  Manager Jeannie Robertson is the absolute best, and she sets the tone for this location!

I love this bank. We used to bank with Chase and they started charging lame fees. I feel like this is a great community bank that knows my name, asks about my family and cares about me.

This bank is horrible. Actually criminal. They gouge you at an effective annual APR of 14,579% if you have a slight oversight on your account for four days. Dallas Haun should be ashamed of himself as the Chairman of this corrupt enterprise.

New customer and I was just in the bank today (Saturday.)  This location, Pebble Marketplace is open on Saturdays from 10am to 2pm.

Used to be a good bank, not any more. Terrible customer service with a “I don’t care attitude”. So if you are like me and want a bank that appreciates your business then Nevada State Bank is not the bank for you.
