I recently started banking with BoT but have had an excellent experience. They set up our accounts professionally and have been very friendly on each of our subsequent visits. Sarah Matthews, the branch manager is great and the two other employees I have worked with, Nargis Noorani and Charity (?) have also been professional, competent and friendly.
