This branch is USELESSSSSS! I have gotten the run around not only with them but the 1-800 customer service line as well. I lost my card last Friday and went into a branch to be issued a new one. Turns out none of them in Texas offer that service anymore; fine. Call 1-800 to have another one sent and was told for a $5 fee it would be "expedited". Checked the mail Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and no card. Called 1-800 again and spoke with Myles who said it hadn't been delivered. He claims he'll send me another immediately. Next day there was no card. Thursday I call 1-800 again and Keisha tells me it was delivered Monday and signed for by Paul. Mind you I no longer live at this address but Chase claimed I couldn't change my address and have anything sent for 30 days. Get in touch with Paul and open my card. Call the number on the card to activate it and the pin is "wrong". I did this 3 times before calling my handy 1-800 number yet again for them to say my new pin is in another envelope they sent. I don't live there so that's another trip I'll be making. I can go to a branch and have a teller change it for me. Yesterday, Friday, I go to the branch and there are two tellers and one gentleman on the phone in the cubicle. Mind you there is only one person ever in the cubicles here. Neither of the two tellers can "change my pin"; one claims he doesn't know how and the other says I need to sit with the personal banker because she can't do that for me. It is nearly 5 PM and I have plans. The "personal banker" is on his second phone call since my arrival, and there are 2 other guests in the lobby before me. I don't have that kind of time. Today is Saturday and once again I travel to my old address hoping for the envelope with my pin in it and receive a large envelope from Chase. Open it, and it's terms of my account. I call 1-800 and the lady tells me the pin is in a different envelope from them and I should have it in a few days, but if I demand to speak with the manager at the local branch, tell them my issues, they should be able to help. Also, she claims the teller should know how to change a pin if I have my ID. These people are ridiculously incompetent all the way around. I go BACK to this silly branch and the same teller yesterday tells me no, 1-800 chase is incorrect, the teller, himself doesn't know how to do this. I ask for the branch manager and he says she's with another customer. I ask him to close my account. He says he can't do that either I need to wait to speak to the banker or manager. I ask what can he do for me and he got quiet. I withdraw my funds. It is a holiday weekend meaning I can't use ATM machines nor have any access to my money until Tuesday, when they reopen once again with only one personal banker. I'll take my money to Capitol One. This entire company is USELESS!

Manager Desmond Montgomery Said he was going to be 30 mins to open a checking account which takes mins and so surreal said I should go to another branch. I came back 10 mins later and he was going to help the person who came in after me. Desmond apparently thinks he can decide who to wait on! I'll be closing my account with his superior!! He needs to be let go! unheard of! Never in my life have I seen this type of pathetic customer service. Very very sub standard. I believe it's a racial issue!

The staff here, well at least the guy that helped me sign up for a new bank account, was very overly enthusiastic and welcoming in a good way though honestly! Wish chase didn't have such a long waiting period when you deposited a check from a mobile phone though it's a bummer

Unfortunately i lose my wallet and needed money for personal reasons so i came here after leaving another chase branch in frisco who told me that if i knew a banker who could recognize me i could get a new debit card. After leaving frisco i came here knowing i was just helped no longer than 3 weeks ago about cancelling my old card because of fraud, thinking i would be helped. The lady who i went to in the past helped me this time as well. Said she remembered helping me and remembered my face but she didnt remember my name so the only thing they could do was ask me questions and give me 100$. I was okay with that because it satisfied me for that day but today (the next day) i needed more because in the morning im heading to east texas for my dads reception. They said they couldnt help me and theyve done all that they could do until my new card arrives in the mail even tho i had an olds drivers license sitting around they said since it expired its of no use EVEN though the name and face match. Once all of this is cleared up i plan on moving to a different banking environment one who works with the customer and not silly policies like the one theyve put in front of me
