Terrible customer service.  They get offended if you want to go to the window and do not sit down and hope that they do not mess up your transactions.  Especially  Tigen (just go to a different location if he is only one there helping you) will either improperly do something in the computer and this store is always understaffed and everything takes longer here.  Just save yourself the time.  They cause errors and say that they cannot do anything to rectify their mistake.    This is the worst Chase I have experienced.   I would steer clear of this location unless you are just going to the atm.

I have never ever being discriminated in my intire life.  I was discriminated in this chase location. The supervisor treated very bad. All I wanted to know is about my check being held. I wont say much becuase I am planing to hire a lawyer but the supervisor basically treated me extremelly bad. Avoide going in here specially if you are Not white.

Very good service and takes care of me within seconds. The staff are all nice and patient. Only annoyance was when I came to fax something to Chase Bank, they mailed me a few days later saying the fax was illegible... You would think faxing from Chase to Chase would be the best option... I wish they took a bit more care for that.

Great location,  near  highway 101, next gas station,  little shopping center,  near gramma schools,  Palo Alto high school and Stanford university and hospital,  Palo Alto Medical Foundation, charging stations for electrical vehicles
