I am a physician who needed to help a patient schedule a new patient visit with Baptist health primary care.  English was not the patient's primary language and she struggled to understand as well as speak the language.  I called to help and Brittany with scheduling answered.  She was very pleasant, helpful, efficient, and kind.  She scheduled the patient quickly and with an interpreter.  I was very pleased and impressed.

Dr. Courtney Schneiders is an EXCELLENT Dr., she saved my quality of life. I'm a trained psychologist, she trusted me and listened. She is kind, cares, listens, she could coach the team of "bedside manner". I have worked with many MD"s in the last 8 years. She is one of the best i just moved back to Paducah and I will miss her care

Dr. S chnieders is a really good doctor who actually cares about and listens to patients instead of most doctors who just push you out the door!!
