Stars. 0. I waited two freaking months to be seen as a new patient, because I want to get healthy. I go to my appointment, and oh! It was last week! They told me the wrong day when they called to confirm my appointment. And they couldn't work me in. And I'm a baptist health employee on top of that! Way to take care of people.

The Doctor Rice was considerate and said to let him know if I didn't feel any better after putting me on a medication azithromycin.  I called back and talked to a nurse or an assistant when I got home about the drug. So I even had concerns about it the same day after picking it up at pharmacy. I had the illness for 6 days before even going in and was only coughing and sore throat, slight chills were over. Now after being on medication over night  and next morning , 3 pills- I had a pounding headache , my bones hurt all over bad stomache crapping. Shortness of breath , my hands crapping. I called next morning to see if I could get another antibiotic and with the new Doctor there who hadn't seen me yesterday , wouldn't prescribe me another antibiotic he said. So I was left without antibiotics. What gets me is I know they charged dearly for this visit and I was no better off , but worse after seeing them. I was told to call or come back in again the next day. I am so disappointed with Baptist Health Urgent center in Brannon crossing in Kentucky. They had my paper work available to them and could have easily reviewed it and took care of there patient.

I was second in line, had to wait about 30 minutes total. This is normal, or a bit fast for a walk-in type clinic.   The "bed-side" manor was wonderful. The Doctor was knowledgeable and helpful. Staff were professional, and friendly. Facility was clean, and well equipped.

Great job everyone.

Our toddler fell and split open his forehead requiring 3 stitches.  Wait was typical for emergency facilities.  I've been in them half a dozen times and wait was average.  Bedside manor was very good.  Everyone we dealt with was very nice and treated our little one very well.  Hope we never go back, but if we have to this place would be high on my list.

After reading the reviews, I went in expecting the worst, but I was pleasantly surprised. Staff was courteous and wait time was very short both in waiting room and in exam room.
