I shop at Macy's pretty much everyday the staff there is Pleasant and anxious to help you with whatever you need if you have any questions on anything they will answer them for you they will help you with sizes they'll help you find something that you're looking for and if you have a problem with something that you purchased you can come bring it back and for some reason if you lost your receipt and you did pay for your merchandise it will be in the computer and they will be able to help you there are lots of sales and in every section there's a sale Section and there's also a last call which of the section of the store that has clothing that is on clearance and it's very very affordable if you look through and take your time you can find some very good buys I never have a problem and that's why I keep coming back

Somewhat crowded depending on the day and time. Selection of women's clothing is not that great; heavily leans toward store labels. Disorganized displays of women's jeans make it hard to find your size. Sometimes you can get a great markdown here if you hit it right with no expectations. I miss the wonderful Filene's that used to be here. Like night and day!

A familiar Macy's store in a large Natick mall. Good selection, competitive prices. Conveniently located off Rt.9 West.

Had a great experience today while shopping for a suit. We where helped by an amazing gentleman who's name I unfortunately don't remember. I had been out shopping all day and he was by far the most professional and helpful, he genuinely likes to help people. 10/10 would shop again
