My son a US Marine and I went in looking for a ring for his girlfriend and the customer service was terrible. The thing behind the counter laughed at the picture of the ring my son had and asked what kind of a teacher his girlfriend was her words does she play with play dough ! No respect given to someone who fights for her freedom. Driving by don't stop keep going !!

GREAT PLACE  FOR JEWELRY  BEEN DOING BUSINESS OVER 15 YEARS STILL ORDER FROM SCOTT AND LISA FROM FLORIDA BECAUSE I KNOW THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCTS IS VERY GOOD GREAT PEOPLE AND NICE FRIENDLY DOGS IN THE STORE

Absolutely wonderful. My husband and I put our faith into Lisa and Scott to find the right diamond and create the ring of my dreams from a photo I had provided. They created my wedding ring exactly to how I envisioned it. We are extremely pleased with the quality and the customer service is top-notch. Goldmine's is gem!

Horrible customer service.

Upon calling I was greeted by one of the rudest hello's I've ever had. I asked a simple question about watch service, was told it could be done, and was then told condescendingly that I wouldn't be able to get my watch back until after Christmas or New Years  (when I hadn't even asked about the time frame). The service I was calling for is the type of thing most jewelers will do on the spot, as it takes only a few minutes including the customer interaction and setup time, and builds a positive relationship. 

You would think that a customer calling about having service done on a very expensive watch would be treated decently, as a bit of a watch connoisseur I'd be likely to buy from a friendly and trustworthy jeweler in the future. But no worry, they told me in a sharp and snarky attitude that "we're very busy..."

Looks like they're too busy to get my business, but with an attitude like theirs I can't imagine they will stay busy for long.
