I love shopping at Shuki's. I select from their website, too. I know my budget. I receive the same respect and assistance regardless of what I purchase. This is my go-to store for gifts, something for my home, music, a book, artwork or for the holidays. Many b'nai mitzvah gifts have been artwork. We select the painting of their Haftorah portion. Each one is gorgeous! At times we share the cost with others since the larger size plus framing is pricey. It is worth every penny when the gift is opened and the raves of excitement are heard. Unique. Special. Their first piece of fine art. Jewelry for the girls is always special. A menorah or Jewish athletes book are favorites, too. Kim was patient while I tried on several Tallit prayer shawls. I appreciated Kim's honesty. She helped me choose the colors, size and fabric that was most attractive and functional. My friends love my Tallit, the bag and the yarmulke. In my congregation or at another synagogue, I am asked, "Where did you find that? It's magnificent." The bonus is, it is made in Israel. Thank you Kim. I love one stop shopping.

Has a nice collection of Judaica but owner behaved in a greedy and desperate manner over the phone and in person. I called the owner about purchasing Chanukah candles. She quoted me only her expensive ones. She was reluctant to tell me about her lower priced one's and only did after I asked if she had a lower priced box. Upon arriving, I picked up a box of candles for $3.00, which seemed to be at least double the price of the retail value. Before purchasing them, I noticed a book near the cash register. I very briefly picked it up and rifled through a few pages and then put it down again. The owner, in a desperate attempt to make a sale, asked if I was going to purchase the book. I told her that the book was already there and I was merely glancing at it. Later that day, I noticed a similar box of candles for $.99 at a different store. I immediately felt a bit taken. Certainly, $3.00 is not going to break the bank in the long run, but nevertheless it was the same feeling one has after getting charged $4.00 for a small bottle of water at the movie theater. In closing, I would never do business at this place again nor recommend it to anyone
