I am only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. The ISU bookstore advertises price matching however this is FALSE advertising. I paid $200 for a book that I found on Amazon for $20 however this price match was not excepted for some obscene reason?! There is always some long explanation. The whole process is completely absurd and a waste of my time. Scamming students who don’t have any money. HOWEVER, I will say that my cashier, Jim, was very kind and helpful despite the complications.

​I ordered an ISU long sleeved t-shirt for my son from Amazon and when it arrived, it looked horrible and cheap. I returned that gift to Amazon and went to try to order something from the ISU bookstore, hoping it would arrive in time for Christmas. Record fast shipping time, and VERY happy with the quality. Thanks so much!​

Good people work here. Starbucks if you want it and places to sit and read. Expensive ISU memorabilia though.

Cool clothes but so very expensive. $80 for a long sleeve shirt is nuts. I don't care how soft it is.

I love having a real bookstore to look at the books. I am looking forward to seeing your local student art display of Harry Potter characters. Thank you for supporting the arts
