My experience at the Campus Bookstore was exceptional. From the time that I entered through the door until the time that I checked out with my books, I received nothing shy of amazing customer service. Cortney helped me decide which books would be beneficial and the most cost efficient for me this semester. I truly appreciate her going over and beyond to help me during my visit. Because of her, I will definitely be a repeat customer at the Campus Bookstore. If you want someone who has great customer service skills and is genuine, I would definitely recommend going in and asking for Cortney!

I came in for the spring semester to price compare a book against the campus bookstore. Not only did I get my book cheaper, they helped me save money on my entire schedule. The staff was very friendly and helped me every step of the way. They were able to answer all of my questions, and did so with a smile. Buying my textbooks was just all around better there. 10/10, would recommend.

Sarah did such a great job taking care of my daughter! When I called she set aside a book for us and made sure we was taken care of as soon as possible. They saved us so much money and actually had all of her books for rent which was awesome.

My experience was amazing ! Of course it was crowded because it’s the first week back from break; but I was able to get in and out within 10 minutes! Special thank you to Cortney Taylor for her awesome assistance ! She was polite and I can definitely tell she loves her job! Thank you campus bookstore for providing me with excellent service !!

This year marks my senior year of college. Today, Cortney Taylor was able to help me with all the books I needed. She was sweet, patient, and awesome! She has great customer service.:)
