Great selection of books and other media. Warm and inviting atmosphere. It's a great place to sit, have a cup of coffee and relax. Moderate prices. I will definitely be back!

Management and associates are ignorant and lazy. Customer service is terrible -- and then they try to suck as much money out of you before you leave the store. First, if the dopey sales assistants can find what you need, they then try get you to buy a membership , which is a very bad deal and a ridiculous way of just getting more money out of you ("No thanks"). Then they try to get you to buy more than you wanted ("No thanks") when you just want to pay and get out. Then they want your email ("no thanks"). Then they want you to buy a gift card ("No thanks"). Then they want to know if you would like to have a fundraiser at their store ("What the hell, NO THANKS") -- until you get to the point that you realize the book you just bought is way cheaper on Amazon and you wouldn't have had to deal with the crazy MONEY GESTAPO. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Shop Amazon.

A big thank you! I needed a book very soon. If I had ordered on line from another source it would not have been delivered until close to the new year.
