This is a great place to go to they have so many nice things to look at It makes it even better because it has star bucks in it. Has a very nice sitting area and is always kept clean. There is very nice staff there i would check it out.

Everyone was very nice that day but the staff is not Properly trained. I went there to get my daughter a book she has been asking me for, for her Birthday they didnt have it in the srore so i ordered it so I thought the sales person told me I would pay when the book comes in so it's been 3 days and i get a call telling me the book was never ordered because I have to pay first. The lady that called was kinda Rude which i didnt Appreciate. So forget Barnes and noble I'll be ordering it from Amazon

Seems like the shelves are only stocked with fiction and nonsense. But I suppose it's because most idiots in this country don't bother with nonfiction or elevating their thinking. Well kept and clean. Has its own bathroom.

Was so happy the customer service desk had someone there that was totally qualified. Found the book within minutes!

No clerks at the checkout on the mall side. Inconvenient to use other side. Pleasant staff at checkout, but no one working the floor to answer questions. Mediocre experience due to short staffing. Won't be back soon.
