Great place to get gas and grub. Gas prices are among the lowest in the area. Brightly lit, clean, well maintained facility.

The kitchen and is open all night. All kinds of tasty fast food made to order via their touchscreen kiosks.

Sometimes there's a rush and the kitchen gets overwhelmed, you might have a little wait for your food. The place is popular.

Cheapest gas around and good gas station food if you need a quick bite.  Wouldn't recommend it often for health reasons, but they offer a wide variety of foods, tasteful, and cheap.

Poor customer service.  I called and asked them one very simple question (to check if they had a product), and without even attempting to answer the question I was cut off and told "you're going to have to call back another time, we're extremely busy."  I get busy, I actually operate a chain restaurant and we are one of the busiest stores of our kind nationally.  That in no way allows for employees to be so unconcerned with customer's needs to not even answer a simple question.  Why even pick up the phone?  Granted, I did call at around 10:30 pm, so I understand if they have less staff then they might during the day, but it really doesn't seem like management is making the right efforts to control the business during high volume times and definitely not properly training employees how to treat guests.  Keep mistreating customers, and believe me, having too many customers will be the least of your concerns.

Sheetz is my favorite convenience store / gas station! Aside from that this particular Sheetz has great service for everything from gas to food 24/7!

There have been several occasions where my order took over 30 minutes to be processed, where my order was given to me completely wrong-- ordered a sub with chicken, cheese, and lettuce and got a sub with an embarrassing amount of chicken and cheese with no lettuce on a squished bun-- and where the service was disrespectful. Some of the quality is horrendous.
