It was great, I got help immediatly. Only complain is that the ladies at the register were too busy in a 5 minute conversation to ring me up. I purchased 4 books totalling about $80.00 and one of the books was pretty big. I waited for the lady to put them in the bag and she just stared at me for about ten seconds. I finally broke the silence by asking for the bag and she said they ran out. She said all that was left were cloth bags for purchase. Had she told me that before I paid I would have purchased one. I ended up leaving dropping my books through the door.

Love this place. The employees are helpful and go out of your way to find specific items for you. I've even had an employee find me in the store only to give me free posters after I mentioned how much I liked one of their displays and even took my name down and number down for when the display comes down, I guess. I seriously thought that was considerate of them since they didn't need to do that, but still did. I always go in to buy books and pick up gifts for friends and am happy to be treated with such kindness.

Huge store, clean, tidy and organized. Prices are a little steep but lots of discounts if you look hard enough. Staff are very attentive.

So surprised to see bad reviews. This is a great place to read and visit with friends. The staff is excellent both in the bookstore and cafe. I frequent this place often and have NEVER had a bad experience!!

I recommend the membership for deals and a percent off. This store has some of the nicest staff I've come across, always willing to give a recommendation or help where they can.
