This is an extremely well kept U-Haul. The Manager, Patty, is one of the most capable & helpful people I have had the pleasure to meet. I have had a lot of negative experiences elsewhere in all kinds of businesses, but it is evident that it only takes one person overseeing a place to make it shine. Thank you for several great experiences and making difficult times much more pleasant & manageable.

Went to pick up our storage trailer and someone had cut our padlock off!  Seems there was a break in involving "around 30 units....maybe 2 months ago".  We were never notified so we could go check our property.  Nothing was taken but we should have been able to check it out before we were ready to leave FL for NY for the year.....  Never even got an apology!!!  Too much money for this kind of service!!!
