I went in today to look at a vehicle. Offering mine for a trade in. I did not get a pleasant experience from the salesman. I know I did not have the money then but I learned my lesson and wanted a second chance. I'm a hard-working honest nstudent going to school. This man did not give me a chance or nothing. I just left immediately. I understood what he said but he did not give me much of a chance.

Bought a vehicle from them at a fair price. However, when I was buying the vehicle I actually asked the gentleman handling the sale if he was alright due to his strange stoic attitude. He replied that he did not feel well; had a flu. I financed a third of the price. After making 2 payments on time. I decided to payoff the vehicle. When my wife and I went in to pay it off, we dealt with the owner who had the same stoic attitude. He even stated that he hoped the day would be over soon. If you want to buy a vehicle and feel well treated this is not the place. The only affable person was the detailer, Joe.

 Being a single mom working full-time as a server at two different jobs and needing a good reliable car is such a stressful situation when you start the process of looking for one. I went to a few Different car lots..I would see a car I liked in my price range with the miles I wanted on there but then I would test drive them and I just didn't like the way they drove either they made noises or they would start to shake when id push 6 or more then one situation I could feel the transmission slipping and the car dealer told me that's just the way this car shifts.. Well I've owned 10 different vehicles I know when the transmission is slipping. Another situation the car had a little smoke coming through the hood and he proceeded to tell me that it was just vapor that all vehicles have that.. Hmmm??? Well thatwould be a new one, i've never heard that before.:) Being a server I make really good moneybut I don't do bank accounts and it's hard for me to prove my income. Frontier didn't give me one hassle not one problem they are so professional! Iam in my new car for the third day and I could not be happier.  Another thing I really was pleased with is when you want to test drive a car they give you the keys and you go!! I can't stand when you go to the car lot and the car dealer sits in the passenger seat trying to sell you the car the whole time you're driving you're not comfortable and it's awkward! Thank you frontier I could not be any happier!!!
