It's not bad. Not to many people:)

This rating is coming from the perspective of shopping for men's clothes only. I usually pop into Barney's to check out brands like Dries Van Noten (especially when it's on sale). However this location for its size does have a more limited collection than the other locations in Manhattan. If you're looking for sneakers, business suits and brands like Vince, Acne, PS by Paul Smith, then this is a good place to shop. For more range head to the location on Madison Avenue.

Despite the fact i have never EVER wrote a review on anyone THIS deserved it. As terrible this place is, i Walked in and from the start I didn't receive any help instead was stared at by 3 employees. I asked where they have a certain brand and the lady proceeded to walk me down stairs not to mention watch me to the point i felt uncomfortable she stared the whole time as I looked for what I wanted. She asked me if I was looking for a sale item I told her not sure and asked why she said because they don't sell on sale items. So I told her if I needed her I'll call her. This place is very small with very beautiful high end designer names. Despite the fact I was going to buy a 1000 dollar bag with 900 dollar shoes I was NOT going to spend my money in this location. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. Save yourself the trouble this place has extremely poor customer service & will stalk you without helping you.

They never pick up phone trying to call now. Inside Store sales people are great, especially the MALE SALES PERSON.
