Century 21 department store is an institution in New York. They carry many good quality brands at reasonable prices. The customer service is always consistently good. Besides clothing for the entire family, they also have smaller items of interest for the home and office and as well as gift items. The store is big with many floors and the inventory is well stocked with a variety of sizes. Prices are always good on seasonal clothing. They even have free mobile phone charging stations.

The organization of this store is either non-existent or very puzzling . I don't understand the point of paying high prices for "designer" brands, if all this is is last season's styles or junk that wouldn't sell in actual department stores. Also, the cash out process is wack and makes it seem like people in line are treated like cattle being lassoed in.

Huge location! One of my favorite chains to shop in the city. As organized as can be expected from a store this size and some truly great deals if you look hard enough.

Good closing store. Prices are a bit steep but items have a high quality. A little spot to rest and get coffee.
