Stay here now and it's terrible always different managers hallways never cleaned and jus not satisfied at all in process of breaking my lease but if u like living wit BS then this is fast place to get approved and I wonder y!!!

I have a local cleaning company in Mobile, Al and was hired back in November of 2015 to clean the Hallways and Breezeways of this Apartment every two week. The job was HORRIFIC but we got the job done and got great feedback from the residents. After about two months I still had not received a payment for services I had rendered. I called and called and hardly ever got an answer and when I did the manager would always rush me off the phone. I finally received a voicemail from her back in Feb 2016 saying that the owners were paying vendors and my check should be in the mail by the end of the week. Well it's now May 12, 2016 and I have not yet to receive a payment for any of my services. Please I REPEAT PLEASE DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE!!

Please do not move here. My apartment was flooded out by the people upstairs. It was toilet water. I called after hours number and couldn't get anyone, ,by morning the whole roof caved in ..the people under me apartment was soaked as well...I was 4 months pregnant at the time. I had toilet water all over my bed t.v and clothes. It took management 3 months to fully fix the problem. I had to fight with management to replace my carpet. My house smelled like a porta potty. I also had another leak in my kitchen from a light fixture, messing up everything I had in the kitchen ,management pretending to fix it . I woke up to a flooded kitchen on Christmas eve,,,management would not fix it.. Renae Tillman is one rude women. If she would stop using so many drugs she could focus on her job. I talked to her about the problem on a few occasions and she played like she was gonna have it fixed..when it really came down to fix it or let me out of my lease. She wouldn't let me out of it...she called the police on me and told them I was trying to harm her,, this never happened, I was moving out the next month but I went in to tell her I'm gonna stay in my apartment another month until I find a place to go. she argued with me that she had my keys to my apartment and I was no longer resident at Barrington ,and that I turned my keys in already .this never happened!. I'm the only adult I'm my apartment and I never gave her my keys, I asked for the owners of the apartment information she refused to give it to me she got in contact with them and told them lies that thy believed. . But anyway when the police got there she told them she needed to go in my apartment. She thn tells me I need to be out in 48 hours..I wasn't behind on rent and there was no way she could do that, , I dared, her to enter my apartment and put my stuff out..she would rather put me out and not fix the problems,, ! Don't move here
