Do not go here unless you like waiting for hours. The practice regularly overbooks and has no respect for your time. If you go, expect to wait an hour or more.

I feel very fortunate to be a patient in this practice. My doctor is very thorough and proactive to remove suspicious spots. One spot in particular we monitored for many years until the doctor could see that it had changed and the cancer needed to be surgically removed. Unchecked, it could have been very bad for me in just a few years time.

Another reviewer was bothered by the long wait time and that the clerical staff was too "chatty".  As a long time patient, I've seen times that the office was indeed extremely busy and the wait times were long. Understand that is because the doctors are VERY THOROUGH in their exams and don't rush you out. They're checking people for cancer.  I've also had appointments where it wasn't busy and had barely a wait.  If that is a big concern for you, then when you make your appointment, ask for a time that generally isn't as busy.  And as for the clerical staff, they're not the ones giving you an exam. What should you care that they're talking to each other and friendly in their workplace? They're not ignoring patients or not doing their jobs. It is the very nature of reception desks to have an ebb and flow of people throughout the day.

This is a popular and busy practice because the doctors are very good at what they do. If that is what you're looking for in a dermatologist, I highly recommend this practice.

I always have a wonderful experience with Dr. Routhouska!  She is very personable- suitable for both children and adults.

Terrible customer service. Get put in hold for ten minutes than just goes to voice-mail. Call back and same person hangs up on me when I explain what happened. Not sure why their are so many good reviews.

Dr Beth Francis is great.  She's kind and personable, and really takes her time.  I appreciate not being rushed in and out, as many doctors don't take the time to listen well to their patients.  In the two visits I've had over 4 years I left both times feeling that she genuinely cares about her patients.  I wish I had a PC like her, keep up the good work! -Jeff
