This will be my THIRD time living at Barrington Park over the course of 12 years! The staff has always been friendly and the maintenance receptive. I chose to move back here because the cost for the quality is still hands down the BEST deal in this market. I am so excited to move into a NEWLY renovated place too. I absolutely LOVE living here ... Why else would I keep moving back?

My wife and I lived here with our 2 kids for 3.5 years and we were pleased with the courteous staff, especially Ruth. The current maintenance crew is much better than the one we had when we first moved in, too. Our neighbors were very friendly and the entire neighborhood was very clean. The newly upgraded units look great. I'd recommend Barrington Park to anyone looking for something bigger and better than an apartment.

I guarantee that the 5-star ratings on here are employees of this place. High rent, horrible contract practices, inept and lazy service staff. Defects with construction (had a basement window that would turn into an aquarium when it would rain). Would not recommend to anyone.

I moved into Barrington Park on November 2015. The place was spotless and I was so pleased they even left me a welcome gift in the kitchen. When I have asked to have something repaired they are there the same day.. I don't at this point know why there are bad reviews, maybe some people you just can't make happy no matter what. I've been here 6 months now with no complaints.

They will try to steal your money. If you cancel more than three days after your application they will try to keep the entire security deposit even if all you filled out is their application. Sad thing is, they break their own legal contracts. Only apply here if you are 100% site you will be moving here. Get everything in writing. If will help you when you have to sue them.
