Extremely poor environmental conditions .. i.e. water drainage due to lack of proper grading ,poor maintenance staff and neglect. Infestation and possible contamination dwellings due to insects.. standing stagnant water , garbage disposals inadequate for census here .French and other drains not attended to .. Code violations re: inside fire alarms and structure as well. Architect engineer found radon, water and smoke damage upon random inspection of 8 different units. Rude abrupt property mgmt. and some staff .. Highly questionable veracity of staff. These units have rather extensive wood rot ... All units monetary value depreciating due to just SOME of the aforementioned statements

Toured this complex for apartments, was shocked at the condition of the interior and exterior. Obvious water damage throughout and outdated fixtures.

Nice complex but some residents do not adhere to the restrictions. I find it to be very conveniently located and is kept clean and well maintained. Too bad pet owners fail to pick up after their pets and some residents leave junk outside the doors in the hallways for extended periods of time. Otherwise, it's a great place to live. I own a 3rd floor unit with loft and balcony along with a ground floor storage unit. I wish I would have purchased a garage as well, but none were available at the time that I bought my condo.
