Love this place, great local chain with good pizza and wings. They have a lunch special where it’s pay by the slice that is fantastic, can almost always find me in here on any given Tuesday.

Service is normally pretty great. The manager I’ve worked with is awesome. Biggest complaint is the recent switch to Pepsi instead of Coke...

Once more I'm torn between my decisions as right off the bat this place is closer to the likes of a 3.5. The reasoning behind this is the fact that the wings and pizza are delicious and they have killer deals as well.  The service is greatly lacking. Nothing super big but really things that add up over time.  For example when you order wings to go, be prepared to receive almost no celery and what ever you do get will almost certainly be old and wilted.  The other instance is that it never fails when I order wings I usually get a dozen mild and a dozen medium. Only when we receive the wings they look pretty much identical and when I ask my waitress, she just answers with a "I dunno." And walks off not even attempting to answer the question.  For the most part its minor but this happens nearly every time. As for the other items on the menu, I would just stick to the pizza and wings as you'll get a better sub at subway and a salad has almost nothing going for it. So its a 3.5 in my book but since I can only do increments of one then due to some negative thoughts ill round it down this time.

Ive ordered from here many times and havent been let down.  Tonight I ordered 3x crispy traditional wings and pizza... when it arrived it was cold (tasted like day old pizza). I called barros right away and spoke with the manager, Nick. He apologized and said that he would get it corrected right away. Less than 30 min later the order was delivered. The driver even apologized for the previous order.  The pizza and wings were FRESH, hot and delicious.  Thanks Barros and thank you Nick.Awesome service!
