I have no idea what went wrong on the days described in the negative reviews.  This is truly a neighborhood pharmacy that has been taking care of the Beach for years.  The pharmacists care, and I have never had trouble filling a prescription including compounded ones.  I always try to call first when it comes to unusual or compounded prescriptions as not all compounding pharmacies compound all scripts.  And when I'm trying to find something uncommon for a patient, they're my go to guys.  If anyone can find it, they can.  Bravo!

Every review I read about these teenage "punks" running the place is absolutely true. They ARE the rudest people I have EVER met simce I've moved to VA Beach. The only compounding pharmacy here and they claimed they don't have a very common prescription that we've been able to fill in every compounding pharmacy...estrogen. This cocky little twirp turned his back while saying "have a good day" in the middle of my wife talking. I wouldn't doubt if these guys are high. They both appeared to be on something.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! 
It's worth the 30 minute drive to go somewhere else...I promise
