Very friendly pharmacy that will do what it takes to get an order filled. Every time we went in to shop at Harris Teeter, the Pharmacist would see us, wave, and have a quick chat if no one was in line.

One of our favs in the grocery LOB, although we usually use the one out by the VB Municipal Center.  Has many items not found at other stores in the area.  
Our nickname for the store is "Harry's Tweeter."  We await the opening of the next, new Tweeter at the intersection of Princess Anne Road and Sandbridge Road.
