The pharmacy is serviced incredibly poorly. They never call to tell you when a prescription is ready or if there is a problem with your prescription. I can't tell you how many times I've shown up there prepared to get my prescription and been told that there was an issue (usually insurance BS) and it wasn't filled and no one called to tell me prior so I could handle it and get my medication. Terrible service I'm happy to travel further for service and convenience of a drive up!

I asked to use my available plenti points and cashier didn't let me. I also wanted to use some Rite Aid coupons and she said I couldn't because the products I was buying were not going to expire soon. Definitely not coming back to this store! Such a bad experience!

I frequented this store 15 - 20 years ago when I lived on 19th and Med. The bike rack I used to tie my dog up to is still there. So is long time associate Alice. Keep your eyes open if walking to/from there at night. In season AND off.

This is an old world kind of pharmacy ~ with a smart, informed pharmacist, Tamir, who knows his stuff and is always available to speak with you in person or on the phone. Both Larry and Tamir are attentive, intelligent, articulate, empathetic,generous and charming!  They hunt down exactly the brand you are seeking if they don't carry it, always give you the heads up on possible reactions . A very different experience from the chain stores of Rite-Aid,CVS...
Just try them once and you won't ever step into another pharmacy!

Staff isn't every friendly. They don't go out of the easy to help you find things.
