I hate waiting for the bus here. I rather wait at the next bus stop outside the station. People are always asking for money. And there are no smoking signs but people still smoke. The bathrooms are nasty no seat covers and always dirty. I do like the new gps map that they put in the middle. Tells you where all the buses are. The girl at the front desk that sells the passes is rude. She doesnt know the bus routes and gives an eye roll if someone does ask her questions. Most bus drivers are nice and help you if you ask them. They also remind you where you need to get off if you tell them where you are going and if they remember.
