My dog has been having several health issues. She was required to have some pretty pricey testing. I felt overwhelmed by the total cost. The staff did their absolute best to work with me and to figure out a way to get my dog the care she needed but in a way I was able to pay. I would recommend this vet office to anyone. Everyone made my me feel like my pets health was a priority!

My dog, Maxwell Murphy and I just had our 1st appointment today after switching to Bartels Busack this summer.  I was extremely pleased at how welcoming everyone was the entire visit.  Jen was wonderful, she was very nice a lot of fun to talk to.  Dr. Wigal and Jen were very patient and caring toward Maxwell!  We definitely made the right choice to switch to Bartels Busack Pet Hospital Resort & Spa!  I would recommend them to everyone, it's a great place for pets!

We have coming to this amazing facility for decades. The doctors and staff and friendly, courteous, and above all are excellent care givers to our pets.

 The modern facilities are clean and comfortable with full service hospital, boarding, daycare, and grooming available at reasonable prices.

I would never even consider going anywhere else for the care of my pets.

I have been using Barrels Busack' s for the last 20+ years for my last 3 dogs.  I am very pleased with the care of each of my dogs but more importantly the dogs always loved being here.  My one dog used to pull me over to them whenever we were  walking and got near the office.  I have been recommending them and my friends who have used them have thanked me for such wonderful vets.

I started taking all 4 of my pets (2 cats and 2 puppies) to see Dr Walker this year. She is by far the best vet I have ever been to! She is patient with all my concerns about the puppies health and even helped me find a trainer and puppy classes to go to. As a new mom to two puppies I was overwhelmed and she has been there with me every step of the way. She is kind, compassionate, and her passion for her job is so evident. Dr Walker is so amazing with all my animals that they are immediate calm and relaxed when they get to the vets office (which is impressive considering how my cats use to be at the old vets)! If you are looking for a team of outstanding vets and incredible staff members, make an appointment here! They treat your fur babies as if they were their own! It's an amazing place with outstanding people and I'm so thankful I found them!
