Took my cat here to get her spayed.... her incision site didn't heal properly and was oozing green the day after she got home. Took her back and got some antibiotics, no big deal. Few weeks later she is in heat. What???? And she still acts as if she is in heat now 7 months later so i have no idea what they did. Awful. It is possible for vets to miss an ovary during the procedure - they definitely did. Called and all I got was "that's highly unlikely". I have two other cats who are fixed who are perfectly fine as was she before this procedure. I know a cat in heat vs fixed. Every 2-3 weeks she cries and cries and rolls around then she's just fine for the next 2-3 weeks after that. Every time I called they gave me the run around. My cat now pees everywhere on top of being tortured by this place and still goes into heat......  Lady at the front desk is rude. It's cheap but don't come here. Don't pay to have your cat put through hell here. Pay a little extra to know your fur baby is in good hands. Enough said.

We love our part lab we got there. All black with a little white. We named him Cinders. We go there for shots also the vets are wonderful.

I went to look and walked 1 outside and the girl had nothing but snide, cutdowns a very nasty attitude. I wanted to walk pup on grass, but she said, oh, the street is that way, so she made me walk this lil boy on THEIR HOT TAR DRIVEWAY...rolling her eyes..... VERY RUDE.

Great staff that really care about the animals that come in there. Easy to get to. Prices to adopt range from 30-90+ bucks. You can also volunteer here- I highly recommend it!

Went to adopt a dog at the Pet Shelter on Brookpark Road. The lady and young girl that worked in back were very nice and went out of way to help us find a possible dog. If I could give them a separate review I would give them 5 stars. But when we were there 2 different times both front desk ladies were absolutely grumpy one was an older lady and other was the intake lady. So sad especially when people are mostly there for a special time. If you have to treat people like crap because you are in a bad mood or just all over crabby then you shouldn't work with general public. My husband had to walk out before he told the one lady off for having a bad attitude. There definitely needs some retraining of customer service and attitude for front desk help. I will never recommend anyone to go to this place. Such a shame. All these poor animals may not get adopted because of employee ignorance. Yelling at possible adopters is unacceptable and these ladies need to be reprimanded.
