Marilyn took our cake order. The entire time she kept saying "huh?" "What" while chomping on gum with her mouth open. Wasn't surprised to pick up our cake today and it looks like their printer is out of ink, and they let a toddler do the writing. I don't want to serve this it looks so bad.
this place is a little busier than others but the ice cream and everything else, customer service etc is always great!! i love this location more than others comparing to the one on perris and although there was a lot of people they were able to scoop their ice cream really quick and mine as well so thank you
Went to Baskin-Robinson by Moreno Valley Mall today. Ordered their advertised Boba drink and unfortunately tasted horrible. We asked if we could exchange it for something else. The employee with braces was very rude, arrogant and told us to just throw it away. She would not exchange or give us something else. We were a regular at this place but will no longer return. So much for customer service, try the store on Perris Blvd instead.
All i can say is the cake prep should wear gloves while handling cake. i was there last week and was minding my business eating ice cream. I noticed the cake maker, folding the cake bread into a log, with bare hands and wiping crumbs on her jeans. Then slathering iceing and sprinkles again touching the cake and grabing her nose and wiping on jeans. It seemed disgusting to me , and unprofessional for her to do that. Those are expensive cakes, full of buggers and clothing lint. Will not be buying anything thank you very much.
Gave this a 1 star, here's why The employee Bella that helped us was super helpful and was professional But the African American employee was rude and not professional, she was wearing a shower cap and wearing Crocs to work, we ordered a Tiger Tea, when they were making it, the drizzle that was used, was spilled onto the girls hand, the employee decided to put the drizzle that was on her hand, back into the drizzle cup. So we won't be getting the Tiger Tea again, as should anyone else
if your at the front of the line shouldn't you attend the front of the line why would you skipp the first person go to the middle of the line and say have you've been help when you should be attending the front of the line?
I was here last night and noticed that it was packed here at this location it's always like that from what I was told and the cone I got was gigantic and of course I ate the whole thing. I had chocolate, almond chocolate jamoca, and world's famous chocolate. It was awesome and the customer service was really great here I enjoyed my visit. Freak job Baskin Robbins.
Even though they got busy, the employee helping us made us feel like the only ones there and she was very patient with my indecision lol Great customer service, decent prices and servings and of course, the ice cream was deliciousBaseball Nut!
How can you not like this place...always a treat to visit here. Great service with a smile. And the ice cream is yummy. The stores are a bit dated but still a treat to visit.
I'm not a huge ice cream fanatic but I do like Baskin Robbins. I find that they are overpriced especially in comparison to Rite Aid.
