Horrible!! I went because I’m pregnant and I was craving a corn, I bought a corn and didn’t eat it till I got home but as soon as I tried it, it was so disgusting like it was very old corn like if it was rotten or expired.  I thought it was me because I’m pregnant so I had some of my family members try it and they throw it up right away. I ask my nephew if he he like the ice cream he got and he said it Gross because it tasted like all different flavors. My son got some other ice creams not sure when the are called but small sandwiches and my son said they were hard as a rock. I don’t recommend this place at all horrible

Went on a Saturday afternoon 2/5/22. Bad customer service. Girl was not wearing any gloves or did not wash her hands before scooping ice cream. There was also a hair in the ice cream she was scooping for me and proceeded to try to take it out in front of me . I asked for a new ice cream. We also got candy, a mazapan, it was stale. Do not recommend this place. Just go to the cupcake bar next door.

Very disappointed in this location. The ice cream is not made good at all. Tried the Gansito ice and regular Chocolate. Gansito tasted like vanilla ice cream seems like they used four of them for the whole tub of ice cream. Chocolate was bad too : tasted just like the powder of cheap hot chocolate mix. Hopefully they see this post and do better. But I probably won’t come back here.

They were out all the flavors we asked for, also out of cheese for the nachos.  Ice cream has no taste.  Bought 4 different cups and threw them all out.  Nothing like the other Michoacanas in town.

We went when it first opened 1st thing i noticed mayo, crema and cheese weren't refrigerated. I ordered corn and didnt eat it. I didn't want to risk getting sick

Good customer service.  The place is clean and yummy ice cream.  The inly difference is that this location gives a bit less i e cream compared to other locations.  But other than the ice cream, everything else is delicious.

No tiene forma de atender a los clientes, ni presta atención a lo que le piden porque prepara lo que uno ni pide y después hasta se molesta si uno le dice que no fue eso lo que pedí!! Ni el saludo al entrar da. Definitivamente no tiene modales y urge que le den entrenamiento de servicio al cliente !!
