Who doesn't love Cold Stone? It's tradition for me on my birthday to get their birthday cake shake that is amazing!

They accepted my gift card when I went again. Note:Closing time is there busiest time. Get there earlier and you won’t wait that long or order online. Not many staff so Processes take sometimes especially if you are ordering a lot . 06/20/22 —————————————— They did not want to use my gift card and it was the only reason  I went.  I spent 30 min in line. Vary disappointed. The ice cream was okay but overall experience was disappointing Jun 15 2022

Paulina & Juan were super helpful & even though the store was packed they got us just what we wanted & out the store as quickly as they could! :

First time at this location and it will be my last. Employee was friendly greeted us as we entered however she was working alone and we waited while she helped another customer. But after 10 minutes of waiting we decided to leave. Corporate you really need to always have two or more employees at any given time. You will continue to loose business if not.

I will never go to this place again - some sneaky people with some shady prices going on here - I highly respect to avoid this place at all costs!!!!

Will not be visiting this location again. Horrible customer service; the workers either ignoring you or acting as if your presence is an inconvenience. Also, ordered four "love it" size ice creams and the cups were all barely filled portion would have been small even for a "like it" size and the toppings were nonexistent paid full price though.  Usually we love Cold Stone but this experience has put us off for a while.
