It has been a long time since I've been to a Baskin Robbins. The ice cream was tasty. The service was great considering there was only one kid helping in-store customers at first. The other guys must have been filling call-in orders. I wasn't a fan of the waffle cone. It was very sweet with some vanilla and cinnamon flavor in it. Didn't taste like waffle at all. Overall, I prefer other places more, but I was mostly satisfied.

Asked for a vanilla shake. Employee gave me milk with some ice cream in it. I asked him why it wasn’t thick like a shake and he said it was because they ran out of vanilla ice cream. I asked if there was more vanilla ice cream in the back. He left for a minute and came back to say they were out. He then asked if I wanted him to make me another one. I asked him how that was possible if they were out of ice cream. His response was a blank stare as if I did something wrong.  No apologies or offer to correct the situation. I went next door to Sonic instead for my shake. I won’t be going back.

Did not get the ice cream cake I ordered….cake tasted old and very dry. I went into location placed and paid for order, went to pick up and owner/ manager didn't even look for my order he acted  like they didnt have an order for me and asked if I was at the correct location…. Does he not want business???  I told him that wasn’t the cake I ordered… he did offer a quart of ice cream which I declined said it would be nice to get what I ordered and paid for!! I understand now it was probably easier to use an old square cake rather than bake a new fresh round one like I ordered.   Will find a different location for my future business!!

Came in 20-25min before closing on Sunday. Employees visibly looked upset we were there and one mopped by our feet although we were considerate and didn't sit at the tables they had already cleaned - we stood near the door in a small area so that they could quickly mop it after we left, but i guess being rude and childish was more important than saving 5 seconds haha  EDIT:  Also remember the 2 employees arguing over the dishes or something petty in front of my group so that was great.

Super great experience. The staff was awesome and very respectful and friendly. The price was right we will be going back with our grandchildren.

Great staff...friendly and swift 5 stars.  Ice cream quality 3 stars.  A few new flavors, but I thoroughly enjoy "Mama's Makin' Cookie".

4:44pm. ice cream was good but service was terrible. The kids single scoop ice cream$2.79 but at 5pm it's $1.00. when I asked could I get it at the dollar since it's so close to 5pm? Absolutely not he said you can come back 5pm. As much as I go there I won't be going back at all.. Terrible customer service!!

Baskin Robbins has always been a favorite place for me and my family. I think this will be our last visit to this location. The location needs a deep cleaning. The staff was not very friendly. I know this past year has been difficult for everyone, but this place has not been cleaned consistently for a long time.

Ice cream is ok, but the manager here is terrible. So grumpy, and made me feel uncomfortable, like I wanted to get out of there ASAP. He seems like he absolutely hates his job. The store also has a funny smell now.

Baskin Robbins is an okay place to get ice cream. Service was good and they do have a lot of options and flavors. Frankly, I like more local ice cream places and unfortunately this particular Baskin Robbins is suffering a great deal of neglect.  The floors and even the walls were very filthy and even with the Arctic air conditioning, there were flies a plenty. This was a weekday and me and my children were the only people inside. I used to work in a restaurant/coffee shop and the only way this place gets this dirty is because it isn't cleaned consistently and thoroughly.  There really is no excuse for this and I've been to this place maybe three times in the past year and I've faced the same conditions.  Bruster's, Connie's, El Kisoko, and Dairy Queen are all within 10 minutes of this place. Sorry Baskin Robbins, three strikes and you are out for me.
