Currently writing this review while waiting for 2 drinks and it's already been 20+ minutes.  Lady who works here comes out and asked me if I am waiting for anything. I told her my " 2 " drinks order. She responded, " ok " and goes out to her car in the parking lot.  Watching another guy randomly walking in and out of the kitchen not wearing any sonic clothes on his phone playing with the girl in the parking lot.  Entertained myself by reading all the other bad reviews this place has while waiting and it seems like this location doesn't care. I'm sure glad I'm just passing through and don't live here. This location sucks.  Complete waste of time... I'm going to the gas station instead to spend my money and time more wisely.

This Sonic used to be better. They take forever bringing out anything from just drinks to hot foods. It doesn't matter if I've ordered through the app or drive thru. It's ridiculous. At this point I will just drive to the Sonic on Huffmiester and Cypress N. Houston. Though it's not convenient at least their service is better

I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru line for one drink and had to leave because there were still 2 cars still in front of me and I was running late for work. Terribly slow poor service! This is not the first time either, but that timing is ridiculous.

Can't make this up. Ordered at 6:45pm on 9-11. Ordered churros, 2 pretzels, 2 churro shakes and a route 44 limeade. This older white guy comes out without the shakes, asks if we want bbq sauce for our pretzels and starts to walk back in with our cheese sauce on his tray. The churros have no cinnamon or sugar and have 2 salt packs in them.We had to holler at to tell him about the shakes. 2 minutes after he brings our shakes that have been sitting obviously, my wife sees him out back smoking.  UPDATE: Originally gave a lower rating, but management reached out and handled my order. I'm very happy with how it was rectified and I will definitely be coming more often.

Never open early and alway a simi delivery truck blocking the drive thru service is very slow when they are open. Always friendly ppl working but that doesn't make up for the service when you have to be at work. And by they way ..put a credit card machine inside so they don't have to walk outside everytime someone gives a cc in the drive thru

What an absolute cluster @#$&.. Ordered a large chocolate shake that cost almost $6. Got it drove off, put the straw in and nothing but some kind of liquid for the first half of the drink as if they put dish water in it and ice creame on top. Made me sick.. Went back and they make me another and didn’t put chocolate in it. What a joke. I will be filling for a full refund from the company. Never will I visit there again.

This sonic kind of really sucks. It takes forever even when not crowded and the service is bad. If you do a mobile order you’re sitting in a stall for 30 minutes, even if it’s just one drink. Most of the stalls don’t work and it’s just overall always been a bad experience for me.

Zero stars! The slowest drive thru ever. Waited for 25 minutes for 2 slush floats. One car was at the window for 15 minutes and instead of having him pull up they just made everyone wait. Definitely will not be going back.

I went to order at this location at 11:21 pm Thursday, October 19, 2022. The lady at the drive told me everything is put away if you want food. I asked her what time you close and she said "in a lil minute" very poor customer service.

I’ve been to a lot of different sonics and this was by far the worst sonic  I’ve ever been to. I didn’t even finish the food.. it was absolutely disgusting. & the food took forever I waited almost 20 mins for a breakfast burrito.
