This location is usually awesome, but oh it was a mess the other night. We did a mobile order which usually works great. We waited a long time, which is honestly fine. Someone finally came out not including her name, but I noted it and muttered our order. She told us that the payment hadn’t gone through, which was odd. Turns out, she charged us for someone else’s order.  I asked for a refund, and she told me somewhat angrily that she didn’t know how to do that. I’ve worked fast food and said, someone in there knows how, maybe a shift supervisor? We did get the refund thank you! but first we were told that they didn’t get our mobile order. That ended up not being true, but they couldn’t find the drink order. I asked the carhop if she could write it down. She didn’t have a pen, and stared at us ominously while I searched for one. I ultimately got out to go tell it to her closer to the kitchen.  After maybe 40 minutes we finally got the food! The drinks were not even slightly accurate. We paid over $40 for this whole mess. As a fast food worker myself, honestly the most stunning thing to me was no one apologized *at all.* I’ve made many, many apologies for orders gone wrong in my time, so that was kind of shocking. Please train better! That car hop is a menace to the folks she works with.

Just don’t come here on the weekends or after 4 pm. And no, Sonic headquarters, you’re not going to fix it. It’s a generational/cultural problem that you have no control over.

The morning weekday staff is awesome and fast!  The dinner time staff is lacking.  They didn't know if I was in the drive thru or a stall, and I had to repeat my order multiple times. The team members are always smiling. The food is always hot and the order 100% right every time we go there. The parking area is always clean.

they forgot my tatertops and now arnt answering the phone on order number 5586 and my hotdog had bearly any chili on there. Andddd my corn dog is brick hard !

Best chili cheese Coney with Onion rings and diet coke for 8.32. Yummy! They sure have improved. It's been awhile since my last review.Food: 5/5

Terrible ordering experience. They would not allow me to upgrade my onion rings in the country dinner. I had to buy it all separate in order to get a large onion ring. And there was no way to leave my super friendly and helpful carhop a tip on the receipt.
