I recently went the with my friends, and let me tell you it the coolest place in downtown Toronto to chill with plenty of ice cream options to choose from. I tried the baseball nut, cookie dough, praline n cream and much more all of that taste really good. Plus the staff is also very friendly and cooperative thay didn't wait us for a long time thought it is  much busy. The owners are also very friend and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place to everyone those who love ice cream. There cakes are also one of my favorite.

My son and his daycare friends and their parents have been going to this BR location on a weekly basis for several months. The staff is wonderful and welcoming even when it gets loud and chaotic!. Our kids look forward to ice cream each week and the wonderful staff makes it an enjoyable and memorable experience. Thank you!Food: 5/5

Ice cream is great and they always have lots of options! We go weekly with a few kids and the staff is always so patient with them and the excitement that comes with going for ice cream.  Have also ordered a birthday cake and the process was easy and it turned out great!  Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

Lots of flavours as always. I usually get the mango tango on a waffle cone and it did not disappoint. What makes this location special is their staff - friendly and knowledgeable. At times, it can get busy and their staff tries to accommodate everyone in an efficient manner so as to minimize wait times. Have been here several times and I’m definitely going back. Keep up the good work!

We absolutely love the Baskin-Robbins at King and Shaw! It’s a wonderful location with friendly staff who always make us feel welcome. We regularly take our twins there for ice cream, and they really enjoy the variety of flavors available. The staff is always so accommodating and friendly, making each visit special.  For our twins’ birthday party, we ordered an ice cream cake from this location, and it was a huge hit. The cake was delicious and beautifully decorated, truly a crowd-pleaser. We highly recommend this Baskin-Robbins for any ice cream lover!

Incredible experience at this Baskin Robbins, the server said he was from Delhi and was super friendly - didn't hesitate to let us try all the flavours that we wanted to and helped us make a decision as best he could.  He also told us about the 31% discount on the 31st and I fully plan to use that at the end of this month.

This is by far the best Baskin Robbins location, super close with friendly staff and always great ice cream selection. This is the go to place on Fridays for all the day care kids close by my son included. Thanks for putting up with the energetic kids on Fridays lolFood: 5/5

Went on a summer Saturday evening. No lineup and got our ice creams fast. I was disappointed because they didn't have the Churro Dulce du Leche here and I really wanted to try. I ended getting the flavour of the month - Cookie Monster. The service was good and flavour was okay.
