My rugrats and I had a great time at the museum. The perfect place to be on a very hot day. The girls enjoyed themselves and were over the moon about all of the free ice cream. The different activities in the museum were super fun and the best part is that it's self tour so you can spend as much time as you want at each station. The girls favorite parts were the playroom, the sliding tube and the sprinkle pool. Now I have to buy tickets to bring them back next weekend because by the end of it they wanted to do it again. Highly recommend for parents and if you are a kid at heart.
I visited the museum during Halloween Weekend It was amazing! I look forward to going back for another visit. It was nice learning about different ice creams and the history of ice cream in different cultures. The exhibits were fun and unique. I liked how we weren’t rushed to leave exhibits. My favorite was the sprinkle pool! I’m a big kid and enjoyed every minute.
A bit pricey, but I mean what isn’t in today’s world. The museum is great for cute and unique photos for social media. As you go through the museum there are about 3 or 4 ice cream favors that you can try. Ice cream is absolutely delicious and not the basic flavors like chocolate or vanilla, they’re really good. In the end there is a big ball well, sprinkle pit. I went with my little sister 6.y.o. not so much for the kids but more of a place for cute pics for Instagram and other social media. Great atmosphere overall. Gift shop however, is insanely overpriced! I would go only for the cute photos, the experience itself isn’t worth the money.
Me and my daughter really enjoyed this museum. She’s 4 years old and we traveled from Pennsylvania to check it out!We were not disappointed at all! We ended up spending 2hrs and 33 minutes going through all the rooms and playing. They served us ice cream a handful of times throughout. At the end they served us vegan ice cream along with vegan chicken and waffles, which were delicious! My daughter enjoyed the swings, slide, playroom and the sprinkle pit! We definitely recommend it!
Multi-level. Super cute. Lots of fun. Staff was very friendly. Would be a cute place for a birthday party if we lived closer. Only “complaint” is for being a museum of ice cream the limited flavors was a little disappointing but what they did have was good.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYesPrice for adult entry$21–30
Fun place to spend some time with the kids. We made a day of The Ice Cream Museum, The Color Factory, and Artechouse, which are all nearby each other. My kids had a great time here. The tunnel slide and sprinkle pool were the best parts. However, we did run into some glitches. There are supposed to be four ice cream stations along your visit and you are allowed as much ice cream as you want. However, the first station was out of order when we went. The last two stations had sorbets. So, there was actually only one ice cream station, which was disappointing for me as I'm much more a chocolate person than a pineapple and lemon person when it comes to frozen desserts. Also, no explanation or apology was offered for the first station being out of order. We began with a bunch of people standing around trying to figure out what was happening. They didn't tell us; we had to ask. That being said, the employees that work there did seem very happy and friendly. When you get to the room with the indoor playground, beware of the swings, which are located too close to the wall. At the end I bought an adult tee shirt size large, washed according to directions and it shrunk so much I gave it to my ten year old daughter. :/
They give you ice cream throughout multiple points of the trip and the staff is incredibly nice. I love the play ground and sprinkle pit and the slide. All of it was super cute and a great place for photos : Only thing is that it probably wouldn’t be as fun if it were packed or if there were a bunch of kids but luckily we went when it was slow and there were mostly other adults
The staff was super nice and really excited, definitely got me pumped! There was unlimited ice cream allowed throughout the museum at different stations, there were lots of cool fun interactive rooms. I really enjoyed my time here, and I think they were really creative with each room having it’s own theme. A lot of the rooms have a really nice aesthetic for pictures, which we definitely took advantage of! One thing to note being coming, this may be obvious to some but wasn’t for me lol, this is definitely a big place for families and that means A LOT of children. Throughout the museum you can tell some parts are designed for them, but can still be fun for adults, like the colorful playground which is great for pictures. The only time it became too much was the “sprinkles ball pit” It was absolutely crowded with children, not a lot of room or space for adults. The “sprinkles” were hard plastic pieces so it wasn’t really fun to be in, different than the Color factory were the ball pit is more enjoyable, with softer plastic balls to jump in. This ball pit was not only crowded with way too many kids, but it smelled really really bad. I know they do their best to keep the smell down but I feel as if limiting the crowd would probably help too. There’s a slide, it’s a really cool concept but it was definitely extreme lol! If you’re not into it, there’s an elevator too :. If dairy isn’t your thing either, they have vegan options! The flavors aren’t very plentiful or the most popular/enjoyable, it really depends if coconut and fruity flavors are more in your taste pallet. The gift shop is definitely something to look at, we got really cute hats and pins there! All really colorful fun stuff, pricey but that’s the normal for museum gift shops. I would definitely recommend this place, just maybe on a less busy day :’
We had such a good time and it was such a fun experience, especially if you like cute colorful rooms where you can take nice pictures. Coming from Italy I wasn't expecting much of the ice cream, so it was okay all in all. I think the name of the place is misleading though, I wouldn't consider it a museum but still it was super fun.Visited onWeekdayWait time10–30 minReservation recommendedYesPrice for adult entry$16–20
Super fun experience! Lot’s of ice creams and photo opportunities, the lightning was sometimes not that great to take a cool picture, but nothing a little editing can’t fix. The people working there were really nice and helpful and they hyped us up before entering the museum!
