This is hands down one of the best outdoor enthusiast store I have been to. The store offers everything you can imagine, from climbing gear and rock wall, to little stuffed friends for the little ones. They even have a small play area for the kids, and of course all the top name brands! This will defiantly be a must return spot when visiting Gatlinburg TN!

This place is great. I was able to pick up some gear I needed before going into the national park. They have everything you need for camping and hiking. They also have a cool rope bridge inside and a little place for kids to play in. I would give it 5 stars if they carried more toddler sizes.

I believe Jim (or Joe) took care of us. We went in to buy a hiking pack for my birthday, and he fitted me for one that best suited our needs. He was friendly, patient, helpful, and best of all, knowledgeable! He even pointed us inthe direction of a place where we could rent hiking/camping gear. The young men at the register were very friendly and helpful, too!

The worst costumer service ever! My item rang up as 69.00 was suppose to be 99.00, I asked if the item was on sale. A very rude, manager informed me nothing she could do! It was 99.00 I could pay it or not! This has always been my favorite store in Gatlinburg . So sad the manager was so unkind and and unfriendly to the costumers! She could at least smiled and said I'm sorry.

Great outfitters. Has everything you need in a really good looking store. Park in the very back up the hill.
