I just left this store and feel so thankful for the help, patience, and kindness that the customer service staff had when working with me! Especially KC, the manager, truly took a lot of time in helping me figure out my issue. Honestly, I was a difficult costumer today and wanted to make a return from merchandise bought in Canada! A different currency and different taxes was a complete mess but she spent a long time to find a solution that made sense for both of us — and she didn’t have to do that. I feel so relived and couldn’t wait to share the news that this store has a rockstar staff! Thank you so much!

I love the wide variety of stuff, from clothes in my size to guns knives and camping gear.
I love the fishing gear sections, with fly fishing being my favorite.
I like the hunting lodge look, with the stuffed animals everywhere. A big highlight is the huge fish tank and benches. Want to unwind, don't have time to actually go out on the lake; come here and find the peace you seek.

Had some questions concerning a firearm purchased here last month. Not only did Don treat us great, he came out from behind the gun counter, took us to different places on the salesfloor which had the items we needed, and showed us various options to accomplish the project, along with advice on how to fit the parts! Really... can you get any better than that? Only if they offered to do the work for free! Love this place!

I never have enough time in this store. This one may not be gigantic but it's definitely big. It's attached to the mall in case part of your party does not wish to peruse the same things that you do. I will be going back tomorrow

Didn't have too high expectations for the Sugarloaf pkwy store but I was impressed. Mike in the fly fishing department was a big help and extremely knowledgeable. The prices for rods and reels themselves are very competitive but can't say much for their lures and flys. Would recommend for fly fishing gear.
