I do not like Pro Bass!  No customer service personnel at boat supplies for helpful information, not enough product on the shelves, service personnel not familiar with products.  The product I am buying the boat service shop said it would arrive last Saturday and they said they would call me when it arrives; been a week still no phone call!  If the product was on the shelf I would be able to purchase it and do more shopping.  NOT DOING THAT AGAIN.  Amazon would have been better choice!

I called before travelling and had fine, concise and knowledgeable chat with sales person. Went to store, was helped by another salesperson with good knowledge and personality and later the same person I talked with on phone. Now just at point of decision making with choices I have. Good people and products for outdoors adventures.

Pretty typical Bass Pro Shop. We like going here to look at the boats. They've got a nice selection of athletic and outdoor/rugged shoes. If they don't have it, they'll order it from another store. Really friendly staff. You can also find some good deals on their reduced/clearance racks. It gets super busy here sometimes with unattended kids running around.

Nice place. It's like a mini outdoor excursion. This is the first time that I've been here and there's just so much to see. I love it!

My boyfriend and I had a great experience at their restaurant also. We each had one of their delicious burgers. We sat and enjoyed watching the tropical fish swimming in their big saltwater tank, had a nice conversation waiting for our food. We will be back for sure!

Its so amazing! The place is very large and there is a wide selection of gear like fishing, hunting, and professional clothing. Plus the food here is organic and it tastes so good! And the backrounds everywhere you go simply amazing the animals and scenery look so real and alive and i touched a statue and it felt like real fur!
