Fabric stinks...literally I had a wonderful shopping experience and rated this 5 stars awaiting delivery. Delivery was on March 14th and everything looked perfect! Then the delivery guys left and I noticed a smell. I assumed they were musty from a hard days work so I opened a window. 2 days later the scent hadn't left so I started sniffing the headboard. Surprisingly, it was the source. I continued to air out the room and called over the weekend. There was no follow up so I called again. They want me to wait another 1-2 weeks before sending someone to steam clean. This is unacceptable, (1) this wasn't a cheap purchase so I expect faster resolution, (2) I'm expecting guests which was the reason for the purchase. Imagine the embarrassment I would feel...

Took good care of us and helped us create some great custom chairs. They were delivered as promised on time. Would definitely go back here.
