For the quality of the merchandise is very good but the cost is somewhat high, however the lifetime guarantee on the parts, and knowing that American workers and their families are taken care of due to the purchase of these USA made products makes it all worth while. The Website is lacking the customization and pricing information,  And if la-z-boy did their job and made the website incorporate all these abilities it would have been a 5 star review,    Nonetheless the sales representative that helped me was very  knowledgeable as to what could be done,   And very accommodating when it came to discounts.

The folks at La Z Boy did a great job and I love their products.  The whole team at the Ontario store were very pleasant. The manager took the time to call the Distribution center to make sure we could pick up our recliner right away. The team at the DC was great and polite was well.  Made in USA too! Thanks!

I found a comfortable chair with all of the features I wanted. We did choose a different fabric and we opted for the protection package but I decided to pick up the chair at the warehouse myself. We got in and out of the store in about an hour 6 to 8 weeks for delivery due toour choice of custom fabric

The workers are nice and friendly and helpful, but shockingly, this store is NOT the leader in reclining furniture or innovative designs.  I wanted a reclining couch that frankly, dosn't 'look like a La Z Boy' and even after 30 years that's about all they have in this store.  I was kind of shocked that they didn't have anything more modern.  It's sad, they have a great staff, but not much product to offer.  They can customize anything you order too with about 1,000 different fabrics, but they still have that La Z Boy look about them.  :(

Clarence  was patiently showing us all of the sectionals around the store, and explained in the details all charges, plus current offers. Really great service and we look forward to receiving our couch!!
