This happened to me in my very first printing order online: Ozzy, the Print & Marketing Supervisor from Staples 921 N. Milliken Ave. Ontario made an error when trying to do a modification needed to my design. But what was really terrible for my understanding was he tried to blame my original for his correction, making some part of the printing difficult to read. I asked for some discount and he said they could not justify it because was not their fault... You should make a discount or either an extra printing. I do not feel being treated as a customer. I feel mistreated...

There was something I wish is not true about a top office store (was my favorite). When you buy a product offering staples rebates, please make sure you get everything you need to claim it before you walk out of store. Feels like every company is trying to cheat customers out of their hard earned money. Update: Issue resolved. Talk to a real manager when you have an issue. 3-star for needing to visit three times.

We had a rushed need for a funeral program. Dez & Jorge were outstanding. They helped in every way with efficiency and calmness and kindness. Thank you for your fabulous staff!

Today is one of my best day to shopping office supplies. Very helpful and kind people here, especially these young girls. I am trying to buy a promotion item, which outstock and m pick up another one by mistake. he wrong item is far more expensive than the one I want. The girls here, immediate help me order from their system, and free shipping to my home. It will arrive tomorrow! Did I mentioned the item only $9 after discount? And free shipping! The last time I got this kind of surprises is from Amazon, ordered Saturday night and received Sunday. These retailers are the feature of the shopping system.
