Recently came in to look for home furniture for my newly bought house.  They had a pretty good selection. Loved what they had, will def. come back.

I wouldnt even give them 1 star, this was such a disappointing experience to say the least! We ordered our couch in March. We were told it would take 5 weeks as it was a custom order. Well, 5 weeks later no couch...I called to check on the status  and was told there was an issue with the fabric (No one had the courtesy to call us to let us know of this delay) apart from that they said the issue was resolved and to expect delivery within 2 weeks. A few days later we received a call asking us what style of couch we ordered once we gave them the specs they asked why we were given that price. We explained the details of the order and they said (oh ok that makes sense) well, that led us to believe that they never put our order in to begin with! We decided to give them the 2 weeks they promised us which would have been May 28 We are now in June and no couch! My husband called to check on the status and he was told that they needed to call the vendor and would get back to him (they never did). We called them numerous times the next day and we would be sent to an answering machine. My husband had to physically go to the store ask about the order and it turns out they never placed it!!! We did get our deposit back, however we are left with no couch and completly disappointed with this whole experience. Do not order from them! Unless your taking the item straight from the floor otherwise you will be lucky to even get anything on order.

Run away from this store don't use them, they are all promises with no results. I order my sofas back in Nov. 30 2016 and we were told it would take a month to receive it and with the holidays coming maybe another week so we waited till the middle of January with no response from them. We try to contact them and talk to Allen but he was not available so we left him many messages and after a while we were told that they will get back to us after they contact the company( why they didn't call them before???). Make the story short to day is Monday February 20 2017, and still waiting for my furniture... but I had a chance to talk with Allen on the phone today and told me he is going to talk with the company again (he didn't give me any explanation of what happen or to say sorry), when I ask him if he called the company his response was "he is looking to the future and not the past". Again when I persisted to tell me if he contacted the company and give me an explanation his answer was "not to tell him what to do" and hang up on me. (I sincerely believe they forgot about my order or the company close down...) I'm really thinking of calling my credit card company and request my full deposit back. I never had so bad experience with a company in my entire life.

So happy with our furniture! It arrived early, in perfect condition, and is amazing quality. Will definitely be returning.
