Worst experience ever.
I asked them their return policy; guess what they told me. And I am not joking.

3 days to return.  
I bought a lamp, it was not a custom made piece. 
I think they know that their items are over priced, they are afraid you can return it once you know the real price. That is why their return policy is very short time.

You can't beat their quality . The Livingston store is convient and the staff is very helpful

I walked In this store with my wife and waited for about 20 Minutes and not one employee even attempted to acknowledge us.. We would've bought a sectional here but the employee's judged us because we look young yet we could afford any piece they have in this store. Back to restoration hardware we go. I am not a critic and I don't go around posting bad reviews everywhere I go like some people do.. I'm just completely upset by how everyone in this place judged us and wouldn't help us. When we got up to leave they looked at us but STILL wouldn't ask us if we needed help..
